I just joined the community, and as you'll soon find out I have an obsession with collecting pointless information on Angel. I just love collecting data and making lists so I decided seeing as I have all these pointless Angel documents lying around I might as well post them. Who knows, maybe they'll be useful to someone.

Ano-Movic: One of their customs is the Ritual Eating of the First Husband’s Brain at bachelor parties. Their native language is Aratuscan.
Bentback
Brachen: They’re reputed to have a great sense of direction. Apparently breaking their neck will not kill them.
Talamour (Burrower): A burrower demon that has been around since the dawn of time, a parasite that moves from body to body. When it starts to leave one body for the next the first one disintegrates pretty fast. It doesn’t like fire and bullets seem to be an effective way to kill it. That is, if it’s still inside its host.
Carnyss: Enjoys beheading humans.
Yeska (Davric): Demands a virgin sacrifice in return for granting power to the one offering the sacrifice on his/her fiftieth birthday.
Drokken: An enormous demon from Pylea that eats humans ravenously. The best way to kill it is with a weapon dipped in thromite, failing that, one has to hit it very, very hard. Its bite contains poison fatal to Pyleans.
Durslar: They tend to stick to the sewers and rarely come above ground. Beheading will kill it.
Empath: Can read people’s emotions.
Ethros: A demon that inhabits humans and sends them on rampages. They excrete Plakticine and by the amount of Plakticine present at a site, one can determine the approximate maturity of the possessing Ethros. Its presence can be revealed by feeding the demon’s host some Psylis Eucalipsis powder. They can be contained within an Ethros Box which is made out of six hundred species of virgin woods and handcrafted by blind Tibetan monks. Unfortunately a Shorshak box is not an effective substitute. Ethros often hang out in caves near the ocean to recharge. Standard slice and dice will kill it.
Fyarl: An incredibly strong demon that has the ability to shoot paralyzing mucus from its nostrils. It is not very smart and doesn’t speak any human languages.
Grapplar: A soulless beast bred only to maim and kill. Apparently they can be poisoned.
Haklar: Descended from the Klenzen Order of demons it can weigh as much as three tons as an adult male. It awakens from hibernation during alternating full moons only to feed and mate, often simultaneously. Incapable of traditional speech, the Haklar race has learned to communicate with each other via a complex pattern of carefully timed facial tics, not dissimilar to Morse code. They prefer a warm, moist climate. Standard slice and dice will kill it.
Harbinger (Bringer): High priests of The First. They can conjure spirit manifestations of the power and set them on people. They have no eyes or tongue and can only communicate through a human participant. Their weapon of choice is a long, curved dagger. A telltale sign of Harbingers is that nothing will grow above or below them. They can be killed in the same ways that most humans can be.
Haxil Beast (Haxil Daemonica): Impregnates a human woman via human men, then telepathically controls the women via its link to its unborn children. It’s huge and neither fire nor decapitation will kill it. Freezing it seems to be effective though.
Hellhound: A particularly vicious foe. It’s a type of foot soldier bred during the Mahkash wars. Trained solely to kill, they feed on the brains of their foes. Stabbing them or breaking their neck will kill them.
Howler: They are slimy and smell sulfuric. Their hands are claw like and they emit an eerie-high pitched howl or wail, probably in preparation for fighting or mating.
Kailiff: A very strong and bad-tempered demon.
Kedigris: Big, slimy, tentacled demons that smell like cinnamon. They can morph into a human form but their demonic green eyes give it away.
Kek: A hibernating demon which is now extinct. A knife emblazoned with the Mark of Kekfladlorem was the only weapon that could kill them.
Kleynach: A demon that doesn’t have to rely on being conjured on brought forth. They can come and go as they please with the Band of Blacknil. They are also notoriously hard to destroy, being resistant to most attacks. An armored knight’s glove is reputed to be able to kill them though.
Kovitch
Kungai: A powerful race of Asian demons whose Tak horns suck the life force out of an enemy.
Kwaini: Generally peaceful, balancing demons. They’re incredibly articulate, gentle, non-violent and always female. Their adrenal glands are usually the size of a walnut. To dispose of them, they should be buried in virgin soil with a simple Latinate incantation.
Lei-Ach: Sucks the bone marrow from humans.
Lister: Some can pass for humans and others can’t.
Lubber: An end-of-the-world sect with an astonishing grasp of physics. Their weapon of choice is a hunga munga. They don’t seem to enjoy singing.
Lu-rite
Mofo: Very big and very strong.
Mohra: According to the Book of Kelsor, Mohra demons are assassins who take out warriors on the side of good. They need vast quantities of salt to live and their veins run with the blood of eternity. If they’re killed they regenerate and come back bigger and stronger. To kill it, you must smash the jewel on its forehead.
Mulix
Mu-rite: A subspecies of the Lu-rite. The male sports a small tell-tale fin just behind the third shoulder.
Nahdrah: They speak in a series of short clicks and love to solve puzzles. Beheading will kill them.
Tapparich (Mok’targar): A demon from another dimension that doesn’t have a soul. It uses an elaborate soul stealing ritual to hide from its kind and pass as a human. Their toenails will keep growing after they’ve been cut and will even regenerate if they are destroyed.
Pargo: Drowning it is the only way to kill it.
Piasca: A flesh-eating Indian demon that enters victims through the mouth and eviscerates from within.
Piper Beast
Pockla: Demon healers who know how to regenerate flesh.
Polgara: A towering demon with a huge, distorted cranium. It uses bone skewers that jut from its forearms, to fight.
Pregotthian
Prio Motu: An ancient Ofga-beast bred to maim and massacre. Information about Prio Motu demons can be found in Suleman’s Compendium. You can kill it by breaking its neck.
Shur-hod: Sucks the life out of people.
Skilosh: A notoriously violent, asexual, self-replicating species of demon that has the distasteful habit of injecting its demon spawn into the cranium of a human host. One of the key diagnostic symptoms is the telltale third eye on the back of the host’s head. If a deoculation spell is not performed in time, a newborn Skilosh will erupt, full grown, from the skull of the human host. Bullets seem to be effective against them.
Slod
Sluggoth: A giant worm demon.
Tarbo: Plunges an ovipositor into a human and then spits a larva into their colon.
Tarval: It gestates in a large curved cocoon and then claws its way out. Very slimy. Hacking it to pieces will kill it.
Telepath: They have no mouth and communicate with each other telepathically. Their blood can infect humans with an ‘aspect of the demon’, namely their telepathic power. Stabbing it is an effective way to kill it.
Thesulac: A paranoia demon that whispers to its victims feeding on their innate insecurities. You need an Orb of Ramjarin to raise it. Electrocution seems to be an effective way to kill one.
Turfog (Thrall Demon): Grows between structures like a giant spider in a web and is repulsively slimy. It is basically a “mush monster”. Its acolytes battle furiously over how to best worship it. An axe will kill it, if you can get through all of its followers.
Torto
Turok-han: An ancient primal vampire, whose master is The First. They are extremely hard to kill and stakes won’t work on them. Only sunlight and decapitation will kill them.
Vahrall: Large, silent creatures with long talons and enormous strength. They carve their symbol, a stylized eye, upon the flesh on their victims. They have a pheromone signature a mile wide that can easily be traced. Breaking their neck is an effective way to kill them.
Wainakay: An axe is an effective way to kill it.
Wan Shan Dhole
Yarbnie: A peaceful, non-violent balancing entity that tends to nest in urban areas under roadways

Key:
Name: Full name of the character and the actor who plays them
First Episode: The first episode they were seen alive. Flashbacks, visions and appearances on the other series do not count.
Last Episode: The last episode they were seen alive. Dreams, ghosts, dead bodies, flashbacks, hallucinations and other incarnations (aside from vampires) do not count.
Date of Death: The air date of the episode they were killed in.
Cause of Death: A brief description of how they were killed.
Murderer: The person who killed them.
FLW: Famous last words. The last words that were spoken onscreen before the character died.
Note:
Characters who were killed by vampires are on this list, but characters that were turned into vampires are not, unless their vampire self was dusted. For instance, Jesse would be on the list, but Harmony wouldn’t because she was never killed as a vampire.
Despite the fact that Cordelia appears as a ghost in You’re Welcome, it is still credited as her last episode because her live (although comatose) body is in the hospital room when Wesley and Angel come to visit her.

Funny Angel Quotes
Fred: Tacos!
Fred: Sorry. I didn't mean to holler at you. It’s just, I love tacos. Do they still have them? You know, back...
Angel: ...home? Yeah, they didn't outlaw tacos.
Fred: Oh, of course not. I've been trying to make an enchilada out of tree bark.
Angel: Bark enchiladas. How's that going?
Fred: There’s work to be done.
- There’s No Place Like Plrtz Glrb
Angel: I do not have "puppet cancer"!!
- Smile Time
Wesley: What did he say?
Cordy: Just that in order to find out if the police have been brutalizing and killing people in Anne's neighborhood, he's going to videotape the cops trying to brutalize and kill him. Nothing says 'Aha, I'm on to you!' like being on the receiving end of a vicious police beating.
- Re: Gunn’s plan, The Thin Dead Line
Angelus: I guess you just can't understand that special bond between dad and son, given that your own father's ashamed of you.
Wesley: And Connor's ashamed of you. The universe's way of maintaining order, I guess.
Angelus: Twerp really gives me the creeps. You?
- Soulless
Spike: (turns to leave) Yeah. Here's the
thing. Could use a little walkin'-around money. How 'bout a few hundred?
Angel: How 'bout no?
Spike: Typical, you cheap sod. Right, then. Settle for some wheels.
Angel: If it's gonna get you out of here faster, fine. Just not the Viper.
Spike: Viper it is, then.
- Harm’s Way
Angel: There is only one thing we can do now.
Cordy: Oh, god. Oh, no.
Wesley: The Karaoke bar.
Gunn: Angel's gonna sing?
Cordy: Isn't there some other way?
Wesley: There has to be. Think, damn it!
- Dead End
Roger: There is some who believe that your tenure as watcher ranks as our most embarrassing failure.
Wesley: Really? I beat out everybody dying in an explosion as most embarrassing failure.
- Lineage
Doyle: Well the things you learn. I had no idea Angel was Queen of the Winter Ball.
Cordy: Those are mine.
- Rm W/ A Vu
Cordy: Ah, you must be all worn out from sleeping for the last three days. It's like living with the world's oldest teenager. He can't be having a growth spurt at two hundred and forty-eight, could he?
Angel: Two hundred and forty-seven.
- Dear Boy
Wesley: Angel's informant will lead us to the demon's feeding grounds where we manly men will gather round and kill it to death.
- Belonging
Cordy: Vampires, sloth demons…you what's really, really evil? Tequila.
Wesley: I need to be dead now.
- Redefinition
Angel: Good morning. Is there coffee?
Cordy: They’re still in bean form. I thought I ordered the ground. Maybe you could crush the beans with your vampire strength. Yeah, just mush the bag. Mush it.
- She
[Power goes out in elevator]
Eve: That's odd.
Spike: I know what this is. (yells) You'll never take me to hell, Pavayne!
[Emergency power comes on]
Spike: Oh. Well, that's just something I say... when, uh... it gets dark.
- Lineage
Wesley: Angel does have a point. Spike has been unintentionally disapparating more and more frequently.
Gunn: Give him 20 minutes. He'll be popping up next to you in the bathroom, making cracks about your... Am I the only one he does that to?
- Hell Bound
Angelus: Is that my shirt?
Connor: Not anymore.
Angelus: Looks good on you, son.
Connor: So did Cordy.
Angelus: She looks good on everybody.
-Soulless
Lilah: "You're not handicapped -- you're handi-capable."
- Re: Lindsey, Judgement
Gunn: Worse than the Beast?
Cordelia: That's not possible.
Angelus: How did you survive this long being so retarded?
- Calvary
Cordy: Hi. You probably don't remember me. Cordelia. I know you're evil and everything, but that was just so amazing.
Gunn: That was kind of tight.
Wesley: Terrific, really.
Angel: Is everyone drunk?
- Re: Lindsey’s singing, Dead End
Fries: I say the magic word, the only people left standin' are gonna be the ones that are already dead.
Harmony: That's a relief. (everyone glares) I mean, 'Hey!'
- Conviction
Wesley: Don't you think it's a bit unseemly adding y's to the ends of people's names?
Gunn: Does that mean I have to call you "Wessle"?
- Re: Fred’s nickname for Knox, Conviction
Wesley: I realize we sacrifice a great deal of our social lives. But we have to. Our work demands it.
Gunn: True. I mean, who has time for love when you're out there doing it with the demons? (beat) Didn't that come out sad and wrong?
- Heartthrob
Cordelia: So, um, are you still.... "GRRR"?
Angel: Yeah, there's not actually a cure for that.
- City Of
Spike: She's evil, you gormless tit!
Cordelia: Excuse me? Who bit whom?
Angel: Did you call me a tit?
- You’re Welcome
Lawson: Aren't you going to ask how I got in here?
Angel: Nah. You'd be amazed how many people break into this building on a regular basis.
- Why We Fight
Angel: The thing about a gym is that you're not alone. You've got people around. That encourages you to work out... You got your steam. You got your sauna. You got fresh towels. I mean, how bad could it be?
Cordy: You shower with a lot of men.
Angel: I'll always be a loner.
- Judgement
Cordy: Wow, you look half-dead. Which for someone who's completely dead would be...kinda neat?
- Re: Angel, Somnambulist
Angel: She murdered a man right in front of me, and I can't even testify to that fact in a court of law.
Cordy: Well, maybe in night court you could...
- Blind Date
Wes: Just beware. Dinza isn't remotely trustworthy.
Angel: What should I do then? Send her a gift? Sacrifice? ...Unholy fruit basket?
- Ground State
Wes: Oh. Why can't you have sex?
Cordy: I could lose my 'visionity.'
Wes: If you wanna play it that way.
Cordy: Vision-ity! The visions.
- Couplet
Cordy: I was top 10% of my class!
Wes: What class? Advanced bosoms?
- Untouched
Gunn: All right, look, the plan is simple. I want you to roll the camcorder and wait for the cops to hassle us.
Anne: How do you know they will?
Gunn: Cause we'll be the ones walking while black.
- The Thin Dead Line
Kate: Now you're talking like a detective.
Angel: I am a detective.
Kate: Well, see, the thing about detectives is they have resumes and business licenses and last names. Pop stars and popes, those are the one-named guys.
Angel: You got me. I'm a pope.
